- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Cascade is kind of tied in with Providence and both have very backward information processing technologies. With Cascade everything is either written on a form or called in via a phone. There is no way to contact this office via text message or email. I've been going there for almost 2 decades now though and the care providers seem adequate it's just frustrating to have to always being using such stone age communications technology. I renamed my Doctor "Dr. Please Hold" a few years back because that's always the first thing I hear when I call for an appointment.August 05, 2017by Robert L. Crocker
